Integrate’s College Game Changers Sponsorship Program
Standing up for walk-on and under-the-radar student athletes.
Since the early 2000s, when the NCAA declared him ineligible in college football because he’d accepted endorsements to fund his Olympic skiing career, our CEO and co-founder, Jeremy Bloom, has sued the NCAA, testified before congress, and collaborated on a documentary about the NCAA’s exploitation of student athletes.
In 2021, the Supreme Court at last ruled that controlling a college athlete’s name, image, and likeness (NIL) violated anti-trust laws. Shortly thereafter, we proudly introduced the College Game Changers sponsorship program for non-scholarship athletes and others competing in low-profile sports.
Emma Winters
Freshman, Acrobatics and Tumbling at Gannon University
A freshman from Shelby Township, MI, Emma’s studying to become a physician assistant. A walk-on athlete, she competed in high school gymnastics.
“Sports bring individuals, from very different backgrounds, together to work toward a common goal. I've learned to trust others and realize that my team is like family,” said Emma.
Levi Dorsey
Senior, Football at North Carolina State
A senior walk-on from Louisburg, NC majoring in business, Levi’s brother was also on the football team but is suffering from a traumatic brain injury. His mother is battling stage 4 breast cancer.
“You really get to know yourself when you’re losing, going through hard times, and standing beside people you love,” said Levi.
Meiko Pearson
Sophomore, Volleyball at Missouri S&T
Meiko is a sophomore from Overland Park, KS majoring in pre-med. Already a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), she assists the elderly in local retirement homes. She’s played volleyball since age seven.
Sports have taught her discipline, structure, teamwork, and collaboration. “Managing chaos is a big part of the sport,” said Meiko.
Nico Magri
Fifth-year graduate student, Football at University of Colorado, Boulder
A Boulder native who was a walk-on football player, Nico is now in the organizational leadership master’s program. His family experienced financial hardship just as his college career began.
“The past four years have taught me valuable lessons in adaptation, time management, and the necessity of loving what you do,” said Nico.
Trey Hurlburt
Senior, Basketball at University of Nevada, Las Vegas
Trey is a senior walk-on majoring in communications at his hometown university. When an injury ended his career at a smaller school, he returned home to recover and pursue his dream of playing for UNLV.
“I have a grind mentality to do anything to make those around me better,” said Trey.
The journey for college athletes to gain NIL rights has been a personal 20-year battle for me, so I am thrilled to have the opportunity to support a new generation of college athletes achieve their goals with Integrate’s College Game Changers sponsorship.
